A planner that looks like your year
Anna keeps her everyday life in hers: the year at a glance, birthdays and contacts at the front, then every month and every week. Ruth writes down how her mother is doing and who comes when. The ‘Lake House’ book follows a building project, Lea’s is her school planner.
The name is on the cover – with a photo if you like – and at the top of every page.

Six templates to start from
A template sets what goes in. Change anything you like – add the mood, leave out the birthdays, rename the boxes.
Everyday
For everything a year brings.
At the front a year calendar, birthdays and contacts. Before each month its overview, then every week on a double page.
Planner
Nothing but your weeks.
The month at a glance, then the weeks with lines to write on – the simplest one.
Mood
How you feel, day by day.
Your mood from 0 to 4 and three habits to tick – exercise, water, reading. At the back, every day at a glance.
Health
For yourself, or for someone you care for.
Wellbeing from 0 to 4, temperature, medication morning, midday and evening, who gave it, and the ‘who comes when’ plan.
Project
A building site, a garden, a club season.
The weather every day – temperature, sun, rain, frost –, a box to sign off and who was there.
School
For the school year.
The timetable at the front, room for homework every day and a box for a parent’s signature.

What’s inside Anna’s planner
A week on two pages, three days on the left with room for notes, four on the right. Before each month its overview; at the front the whole year on one page.

Everything in four languages – English, German, French, Italian –, on A4 or US Letter. More pages from the six planners
Your first planner in three steps
- 1
Name and period
A name for the cover and the month it starts – for 3, 6 or 12 months.
- 2
Template and paper
Everyday, Mood or another template; leave out what you don’t need. A4 or US Letter, for a binder or as booklets.
- 3
Create the PDF and print
You get a PDF and print it yourself or at a copy shop – as often as you like.
Putting it together and flipping through the preview is free and needs no account. For the PDF you sign in with your email address – there is no password.
What it costs
A year of planner costs CHF 2.50 – in the largest pack CHF 1.40. The first three years are on us.
- Your account and your planners are kept on servers in Switzerland. No ads, no cookies.
- The PDF is yours. Print it as often as you like.
- No subscription. You buy planner time when you need it, and what you’ve bought doesn’t expire.
Three things that matter when printing
Actual size
‘Actual size’ or 100 %, not ‘Fit to page’. Otherwise the punch holes hit the text.
Both sides, the right edge
For a binder the pages flip on the long edge, booklets on the short one. Otherwise every back page is upside down.
One test sheet first
Print one sheet and have a look. Only when it’s right, print the rest.
Start with one planner
Type a name, pick the period, flip through the preview. Only the PDF costs anything – and the first three years are free.
