A planner that looks like your year

Anna keeps her everyday life in hers: the year at a glance, birthdays and contacts at the front, then every month and every week. Ruth writes down how her mother is doing and who comes when. The ‘Lake House’ book follows a building project, Lea’s is her school planner.

The name is on the cover – with a photo if you like – and at the top of every page.

Six templates to start from

A template sets what goes in. Change anything you like – add the mood, leave out the birthdays, rename the boxes.

Your first planner in three steps

  1. 1

    Name and period

A name for the cover and the month it starts – for 3, 6 or 12 months.

  2. 2

    Template and paper

Everyday, Mood or another template; leave out what you don’t need. A4 or US Letter, for a binder or as booklets.

  3. 3

    Create the PDF and print

You get a PDF and print it yourself or at a copy shop – as often as you like.

Putting it together and flipping through the preview is free and needs no account. For the PDF you sign in with your email address – there is no password.

What it costs

A year of planner costs CHF 2.50 – in the largest pack CHF 1.40. The first three years are on us.

All prices

  • Your account and your planners are kept on servers in Switzerland. No ads, no cookies.
  • The PDF is yours. Print it as often as you like.
  • No subscription. You buy planner time when you need it, and what you’ve bought doesn’t expire.

Three things that matter when printing

Actual size

‘Actual size’ or 100 %, not ‘Fit to page’. Otherwise the punch holes hit the text.

Both sides, the right edge

For a binder the pages flip on the long edge, booklets on the short one. Otherwise every back page is upside down.

One test sheet first

Print one sheet and have a look. Only when it’s right, print the rest.

Everything about printing

Start with one planner

Type a name, pick the period, flip through the preview. Only the PDF costs anything – and the first three years are free.
